Challenge #1 - Counting

I think it's best to get the list complete. Otherwise it can be terribly messy trying to put img tags together DURING the challenge. I can already foresee disaster if we do it that way.

I'll work on 1000 to 1200 in my confessional to add to that list once we have 600-1000 posted there.

Time to google what that would look like.

And yeah, 2-4 pm would work for me. With the two of us we could start it out doing the first 100 for 10 minutes, then whoever else is there could jump in or whatever. We'll schedule it somehow.

I don't get off work until 10PM Eastern and then the drive home so I wouldn't be home until 10:40ish-11ish? I mean if you guys have this organized and are ready to rock and roll then go for it.

Sorry Vanille, I didn't mean to cut you out or anything I just feel like we would have more people around earlier in the day. We should wait a bit longer to hear from everyone before we make any concrete decisions tho.

No, I'm not upset at all! I just like to contribute. I feel bad that my schedule for THIS weekend does not work for this. I had no idea we would have a challenge on the opening weekend. I wish the hosts would have told me so I could have planned accordingly!

We could wait it out longer to begin. I won't be passing out until around 8pm. So anytime from 2pm-7pm starting would be fine for me. I want to help out before I'm too tired to function. The quickest the challenge would take if one person did the whole thing every 11 seconds (which is unrealistic) is near 6.5-7 hours. So if we're scheduling and me and Tidus bang out the first 100 in 10-12 minutes and try to get a few more 10 minute runs in after that with someone else doing a few in between while we set up the next batch, we could probably knock that time down some, but not by too much with the talking and breaks and discussions in between.

The set up will probably take a while. It'll be something to discuss if we have a third person on in the afternoon with us to do 100 while we set up the next 100. We don't want to start too soon, burn out, and then have a large chunk of time with no one on to do more. So picking a starting time that will let more people help later in the night is a good idea. What time do you all think would be best to start out, taking into account the challenge will probably be around 5-8 hours from start to finish depending on how fast we are.

Well a bit later would work better for me too. Maybe if we finish the prep at 2ish and then start more 3-4pm? That late afternoon/evening period is probably when the most people will be around. Then anybody who gets here later can fill at the end.

Everyone should say whether this works for them or not so we can nail it down. It doesn't matter if you can't be here for much of it, we just need to have a few people on at all times.

3-4pm works for me. Plus if we're not all ready by then we can use that time to help set up and plan more too. If we managed 4 people online at that time you and me could have 1-100 set up, do that, and then the other two could have already set up 101-200 in their tabs and they could do that right when we finish, then we could alternate like that or try to for one or two times? We'll probably only be able to get 3 on at a time though. Which would be fine. I doubt the green tribe will be more organized.

When are you thinking we should start this? Those last 600 numbers seem like a carpel tunnel diagnosis. Anyone want to tackle them?

Do you still think we should start it soon? We don't have all the numbers complete nor do we know if anyone will be here to take over for us.

I have just finished 600-1000 and will try to do 1400-2000 as quickly as possible.
