How will this be done in terms of the second answerer not being able to see what the first answerer answered? but the second drawer having to see what the first answerer answered and deliver a drawing to the second answerer?

You just draw Garnet riding a Bahamut, while the Bahamut is attacking Jenova.

If tribes don't have their challenge sorted by 7:55pm, both tribes are going to tribal or the tribe that hasn't posted their order by then.
