Yeah Vivi is a goat whether he wanted to be or not unfortunately. He can change that by voting out Lightning.
Cloud could win the Final challenge though and Cloud would take Vivi. The Final challenge suits Cloud.

It can't be stopped unless I set everyone to staff, but that isnt' going to happen because then they will see shit they are not meant to see. I will be experimenting with it though.
