In part, but more than that I just feel guilty. I decided to come clean and wrote up this message to send to her:

That stuff I told you about Rikku wasn't completely legit. It was actually somebody else who leaked a lot of that info! When I got to your tribe, Wakka approached me very quickly, we got to talking and since we were old bros we were pretty open with each other from the get-go. He laid out the dynamics of your tribe to me and said that although he was meant to be in with Rikku, he didn't trust her because she was working both sides. Now, Rikku had told me some stuff when she came to Balamb like that she was close with you & Wakka, that Squall & Seymour were on the outs, that Wakka went to Exile in the first round and even about making a cross-tribal deal, but she never told me about the idol. I told Wakka what she had told me to confirm his suspicions that she was sneaky and he asked me to help him turn things around on her by telling you & Zidane what she had said. He then revealed to me about the idol and said to tell you guys that Rikku leaked that piece of info as well. I thought it would be a good idea to have him on my side in case of a situation like this where we swapped, so I did what he asked. I also didn't trust Rikku myself from how she had acted towards me on Balamb so I thought it wouldn't have been a bad thing for me if she got voted out as a result of this. But then when I saw Zidane was voted out, I felt like I had been kinda duped and didn't know what to think of Wakka or Rikku or anyone over there. Except you cos, like I said up top, I feel like we made a really genuine connection.

So I would like to apologize for misleading you and apologize again if what I did somehow got Zidane to be voted off since I believe he was your friend. I know admitting I lied to you might not be the smartest way to win your trust, but now that we are on a tribe together I just wanted to start off with a clean slate because I feel really bad about it. I thought it was okay at the time because we weren't actually on the same tribe and there was no guarantee that we ever would be, but I still shouldn't have done it. You will see now that I am not usually like that and that I am generally a very honest and loyal person.

Remember when I said sometimes I was honest to a fault? This is the kind of thing that I meant. I decided at the last minute to play with my head and not my heart and scrapped the whole thing (or actually copied it in to notepad so that I could post it here lol) and just carried on with my conversation with her like normal. She came to me straight away wanting to work together so I have her right where I want her. There is no point in revealing something to her that could cause her to distrust me.

So I am currently wading ballls-deep in different deals and alliances. As soon as we swapped, Balthier, Vanille, Sephiroth and I agreed to stick together but we are not a particularly tight or unified foursome so I imagine this will fracture soon enough. In fact, I would pretty much count on it. Terra is super keen to work with me and I want to work with her too so we have established a new alliance between the two of us and I suggested we pull in one of Vanille, Sephiroth or Balthier to form a core 3. I left it up to her to decide who she wanted the 3rd to be so that she would feel more comfortable with that group and therefore be more likely to stay loyal to it. She seems to be leaning towards Balthier at the moment. He is probably the most fun person to talk to so that is fine by me. The switch-up has also brought me closer to Vanille and we are looking to become a formidable power duo as well. So I have a lot of options avaiable to me! For those of you who can't keep up, here is the master list of my alliances:

These are going to be fun to try and juggle down the road

As for the other two members of the new tribe - Squall and Seymour - I don't particularly care for either of them tbh. They are both shady as all hell and I don't trust them for a second. Apparently they have already attempted to throw me under the bus by trying to get Sephiroth to flip on me. I do not believe he will, but I can't say that with 100% confidence because he is a little difficult to get a read on sometimes. I kind of want to cut him loose before the merge - otherwise he will just cling on forever until he eventually decides to screw me over or some such bullshit. Assuming there is a merge at 10, ideally we lose 3 of the next 4 challenges and vote out Squall, Seymour then Sephiroth while the other tribe only loses 1 and votes out Kefka. Then we merge with my 5-way alliance in tact + Terra as my trump card. Balthier even wants us to throw the challenges to protect Lightning but I am not so sure about that. Obviously I see the benefits and understand the desire, but I also think there is a lot of risk involved - potentially too much to make it worthwhile.

One of the problems we face is the hidden immunity idol. Terra figured out the password (lul I am so dumb for not getting it) and told me but the idol was already gone. Anyone could have it really since the clues were posted in public but we basically have to assume that Squall or Seymour have it just to be on the safe side. This means we need to figure out a way to maneuver around it (either through a split-vote or tricking them in to playing it incorrectly) without screwing ourselves over. I have a few ideas brewing but they need some more time to formulate in my mind. Fortunately, we have until Sunday night at the least so there is no rush just yet.

There is also the possibility that Terra is playing me and I am falling straight in to their trap which makes me really nervous. I have just decided to go with my gut and it is tellng me that she is being genuine with me. If I am wrong, my dumb ass deserves to get idol'd the fuck out anyway, ha.

Okay I am falling asleep writing this so that is enough for now. Time for bed.

IS THIS BITCH SQUALL FOR REAL? I don't even care that we lost since I want to vote his ass out anyway, but come on dude! How did he think that the order the hosts typed out our names was the order we were meant to do the puzzles in? Ridiculous. It cracked me up when Vanille said that he volunteered to go to Exile Island cos he totally hadn't. Good thinking on her part because now we don't have to put up with him for the next 3 days! And it gives the rest of us the chance to figure out what we want to about the vote. I am thinking we should split it 3-2 for now. Assuming nobody flips (which I don't think they will?), the only thing that could go wrong is if Seymour and Squall both play idols. If they did find the Balamb one and Wakka gives Squall the Galbadia one then it is possible. I know that it is unlikely but I am a paranoid bitch and can't help but worry ;_;

Typical that Rikku was the one chosen to come here. I will talk to her and play nice but I feel a little awkward considering all the shit I spread about her. Does she know about that? I have nfi.
