Anyway, let's recap the end of Round 1. That challenge was fucking torturous but totally worth it when we won! I have to thank Light, Cloud and Balthier for that cos I was about ready to give up and quit but they inspired me to keep going. It goes to show how much heart and determination really matters in a game like this! We were down in numbers (assuming their tribe wasn't completely fucking useless like half of ours was) but still came out on top

It definitely helped bring the 4 of us who competed closer together. Balthier had already suggested a threesome between me, him and Light (now that is a hot threesome!) but he threw Cloud in there too. Little does he know, Lightning and I have been working this tribe like it's our plaything and already have multiple deals set up with pretty much everyone! It's all a little loose right now and things still need to be solidified but I feel like between the two of us we have a really grasp on the tribe with all of Balthier, Cloud, Sephiroth and Vanille wanting to work with us. I would like to get Yuna involved in something too if she turned up! So yeah, I have my fingers in all the pies right now and that could come back to bite me but right now I'm feeling pretty good. Who am I truly loyal to out of all those people? Even I can't say at this point.

It sucks that we lost this challenge and they still have the medallion but at least we have inactive Kuja to boot. He hasn't been online in days and never PM'd anyone as far as I know so he is an easy person to get rid of. After that, I think Kefka would be in the hotseat as his contribution to the tribe has been minimal. Personally I would not miss him. It's nice that he is attempting to play in character but he definitely lacks that zeal of the real Kefka.

As for the twists - I like them! Medallion of Power's not my favourite, but I really like Exile Island and Kidnapping. Both at once will be interesting! I was glad Lightning volunteered to go to Exile and they (stupidly) picked her. There are a few reasons that this a good thing for me which are:

1) It gives Lightning the chance to search for the (presumed) idol. I suck at idol clues nor do I really want the pressure of having the idol myself but her having it works just as well for me.
2) We have Kuja as an easy boot so there is no fear of anything crazy happening while she is gone.
3) This gives me a bit more time to bond with everyone else while she cannot which will hopefully cement my position as the true core of the tribe.

Overall things are going pretty well for me so far! I'm enjoying myself a lot too.

Ugh why can I not edit posts in my confessional? ;_; I hate having errors in my rants.

I sent Rikku a quick hello and she responded and then I sent her a long ass novel (as is my way) and she didn't respond lul. Balthier just told me that she told him that Wakka and Cecil got in to a fight at TC tho. I wish we had a little bit of that drama here! Haha, I should probably be careful what I ask for So anyway I don't have much of an impression on her yet. I am wondering if there is another part to this twist - like an idol clue or something - but I doubt she would tell me if there was!

I'm also going to do a brief tribe ranking before I head off for the night since that last one I did was all kinds of wrong. I had barely spoken to anyone and did it on a whim. Here is the correct ranking:

1) Tidus: Obviously. Beautiful body, handsome face, devilishly charming... What's not to love? But this isn't meant to be about me so on to the next person!
2) Lightning: The only reason she wasn't #1 on my initial list was because I thought she was going to be gamebotty and boring but she's actually amazing and a perfect Lightning. She is blunt and stoic yet smart, funny and driven too. That is exactly the kind of person I want on my side! She said we should have a name for our duo so I dubbed us Sunlight. How romantic!
3) Balthier: Let's just say that he lived up to expectations I alternate minute-to-minute on whether I find him hilarious or revolting but overall he's good quality and I want him to stick around. Every time he calls himself 'Balthie' I want to vomit a little tho.
4) Cloud: Not the most dazzling or explosive personality I've come across but he's sweet and I find him endearing. I think the time we spent working on the counting challenge together definitely made me appreciate him a lot more.
5) Sephiroth: Would be higher if he was around and contributed more. His PMs are great tho and he is one of my favourites to chat with. I feel like this is a relationship that will either blossom in to something beautiful or fizzle out quickly.
6) Vanille: Despite being lowish on my list, I actually really like Vanille! We haven't had the chance to speak much yet but what I have seen, I like. I'm excited to get to know her more because I think she could be good!
7) Yuna: Totally cute! But maybe I'm biased She is very quiet tho and will probably get booted if we keep losing so I'm trying not to get too attached to her.
8) Kefka: Like I said before, he just doesn't really do it for me. Not bad, but not great.
9) Kuja: What is there to say? Adios, stranger!
